PayPal™ for credit/debit cards!
You do not even need a PayPal account If you prefer paying with your credit or debit card
How long will it take?
Transfers with PayPal are near-instaneous.
In some rare cases, PayPal may ask you for additional verification information when using your own PayPal account.
Using the "Debit or Credit Card" option (the black button, image right) is often simpler.
1. Pay using PayPal
To pay all invoices at once:
- Either use the "Mass Payment" option (paying the single combined invoice), or
- Use the "Add Funds" option in your account (Once your account is credited from PayPal, we will pay your invoices from oldest to newest using your credit balance).
To pay select invoices:
To pay one-by-one with PayPal, simply view your invoice(s)
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the currency you are paying with Paypal matches your Hanco invoice currency.
If you do wish to change the currency we have registered for your Hanco account, please let us know here.
When changing your account currency with invoices already issued, it may take us time to re-issue your invoices in the new currency. Please note that prices published on our site listed the new currency will apply at the time of the change, and not for the dates of invoiced services or invoice issued dates. More information on this is in our Terms of Service.
2. We will notify you!
Once your PayPal has arrived in our account, we will credit your account and notify you by email.
If you paid invoice(s) directly:
There is nothing more to do! Your invoices were paid using PayPal on each invoice.
If you used "Add Funds" using PayPal:
- If you used the Add Funds option above to pay one or more invoices, and
- You would like to personally credit your invoices individually (or using Mass Payment) with your new credit account balance:
Let us know when paying by PayPal, so we know how to pay invoices from the amount.
Otherwise, if you would like us to do it -- don't worry! We will credit your existing invoices from oldest to newest using your newly-supplemented credit balance, and you will be able to view your paid invoices online.
